We are excited to introduce a new opportunity for a junior salesperson to join our expanding team. This role focuses on driving the sales of data solutions within the financial sectors, particularly catering to sophisticated institutional investors like hedge funds.

As a junior "hunter" involved in pre-sales and pursuit activities, you will collaborate with client-facing colleagues to enhance our revenue streams from both existing and prospective clients. This position is dedicated to gross sales, offering a pathway to advancement to a senior sales specialist based on performance.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This position is supported by a strong product team with in-depth research. Extensive training, structured onboarding programs, and ongoing mentorship from our frontline staff and management are provided to support your growth.

With a diverse client base across the Asia Pacific region, notably mainland China, this role involves regular client visits in major financial centers across APAC. Participation in industry conferences and exhibitions is a pivotal aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

• Present and articulate the value of our AI-driven financial data analytics products to potential clients
• Execute prescribed sales strategies, including target lists and market research
• Assist the team in advancing opportunities by overseeing internal processes
• Generate leads through event participation, campaigns, cold calling, etc.
• Maintain timely records of sales activities and update sales opportunity analyses
• Travel as required to meet clients and engage in networking events
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficient presentation skills (verbal & written) in English and Mandarin (Cantonese proficiency is a bonus)
• Strong Sales Hunter mentality with exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
• Working or internship experience in the financial industry, particularly in a client-facing capacity, is advantageous
• Familiarity with quantitative research, AI-driven analytics, and financial data products is highly beneficial
