Settlement Manager

Responsibilities
Handle daily settlement operation for local securities
Monitor trade matching, resolve discrepancies and ensure all instructions are executed timely and efficiently;
Perform daily operation in CCASS operations;
Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant regulators and in-house policies
Perform ad hoc reporting timely and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned;
Requirements

Degree or above, preferably in Finance /Accounting or related disciplines;
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in settlement operation in brokerage firms.
Solid experience in HK and Asia equities and futures settlement
Familiar with CCASS operation
Responsible, self-motivated, competent risk awareness and able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
