Hung Hon Group is a HK based manufacturer of garment accessories located in Kwai Chung area. We have highly integrated facilities in Mainland China and South East Asia. In order to cope with our business expansion, we are looking for a high caliber individual to fill the following vacancy:

Experience:

• Solid experience of design or R&D in Intimate Garment industry

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong independent working ability with solid leadership skills to effectively lead a R&D team
• Solid experience on Technical and Creative design of intimate garments
• Creative and critical thinking, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
• With good communication and coordination, organizational skills, keen insight, decisive decision- making ability
• Proficiency in project management tools and design software

Language Proficiency:

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Organize and carry out key trend, market, consumer research & analysis in the field of trims component by 2 seasons per year
• Manage the end-to-end design process, from concept to production, ensuring designs meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements
• Supervise the planning, execution and monitoring the R&D project
• Preparing product sheet and offering internal training course to Sales Team
• Active partnerships with customer, sales, merchandiser and factory technician, to identify opportunities for all new concept development
• Good time management for T&A, mapping out all the essential process and on-time delivery
• Frequent travel needed
