Overall Scope & Purpose :
To enhance digital capabilities, user experience, and AI initiatives in alignment with Lee Kum Kee’s Brand Rejuvenation strategy, focusing on key markets like PRC, Hong Kong, and the Americas.
The candidate will lead key projects like the Global Website Revamp and Digital Asset Management (DAM) integration. They will oversee project execution, collaborating with Zones and the Digital Innovation (DI) team, and serve as the main market interface for the US, Hong Kong, and eventually China.
Duties & Responsibilities: -
1. Global Website Management and UX Enhancements
- Lead the interim refresh of the global website, ensuring that it aligns with brand and category storytelling across four Zones (PRC, Americas, APAC, UKEU).
- Implement SEO improvements and conduct user research in key markets (USA, Hong Kong).
- Optimize site navigation and usability for enhanced user engagement.
- Perform user research and usability testing to identify consumer behaviour and pain points.
2. Operationalizing the Global Website and DAM Integration:
- Enhance user experience and engagement through the website revamp.
- Collaborate with Global Brand and Category teams to communicate brand narratives effectively.
- Integrate the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for easy asset retrieval across Zones.
3. Artificial Intelligence Integration:
- Optimize the AI chatbot for enhanced brand engagement and personalized consumer experiences.
- Implement AI solutions for tailored culinary experiences across key platforms.
- Collaborate with Digital Innovation teams to leverage machine learning for content recommendations and consumer insights.
4. Collaboration Executive and Marketing Interface:
- Serve as the liaison between global teams and Zones to localize digital strategies and drive project execution (website revamp, DAM integration, AI chatbot).
- Build strong relationships with Digital Innovation and Global Brand teams for aligned initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Website Performance:
- 15% increase in traffic and 20% in conversion rates post-revamp.
- Track user satisfaction scores across the global brand and zones.
2. User Experience (UX):
- 20% improvement in user engagement through data-driven optimizations.
3. Global Brand Operation:
- Activate brand assets according to rejuvenation milestones.
4. Cross-Function Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the DI team and zones for a unified global website addressing local needs.
Education & Experience: -
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, user experience, or a related field, with an interest in AI technologies and innovation, preferably in CPG/FMCG categories.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, user research, and digital tools that enhance user experience.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborating on technology-driven projects is a plus.
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel for efficient data analysis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and develop, along with strong analytical skills and structural framework thinking, enabling the interpretation of data to make informed decisions that improve user experience.
- Highly self-motivated and passionate about delivering new digital ideas and projects from beginning to end.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
