Network Field Implementation Engineer provides on-site support for client networks, performing tasks such as installing testing, documenting, and setting up network hardware such as routers and switches. working closely with the project manager and network architect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• of network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, which includes stack and rack, power-up, power and network connection and configuration.
• of network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls, which includes clearing configuration, shutdown, and removal from cabinet.
• effectively with the customer and MTS project team by taking ownership of resolving issues such as hardware and configuration during installation and/or decommissioning activities,
• accept implementation and decommissioning order of network devices from project manager, working closely network architect and client representative,
• full ownership of orders within own area of responsibility,
• orders in line with agreed processes and procedures,
• customer or project meetings as required to ensure an exceptional customer experience for the Solution being provided.
• work together with all parties, sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources,
• a personal relationship with key client staff.
