Role:

• VP level Full Stack Java Developer.
• Develop and enhance the firm's critical application platform.
• Manage the equity front and middle office operations with focus on Cash, and Swap Markets.
• Using Agile analysis to drive the development, testing and deployment.
• Partnering closely with users and stakeholders on projects and initiatives.

Domain Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Front / Middle office positions.
• Familiarity with products such as Direct Market Access and Cash Equities.
• Understanding of Electronic Trading concepts related to Order Management Systems (OMS), Algorithms and FIX Protocol is essential.

Technology Skills:

• Proficient in Java and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with in-memory platforms such as Kafka and GridGain.
• Skilled in design, analysis, and coding across multiple technical platforms.

Language : Great English speaking and written skills required.
