Responsibilities:

• Perform architectural design management for design and build project
• Responsible for architectural, interior and landscape design work to meet requirements of client
• Coordinate with Project Managers on construction planning and coordinate with internal parties on project progress
• To attend design meetings, site meetings and inspections, etc

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture Design or related disciplines
• Three years working experience or above, hands-on experience in housing projects is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
• Strong aesthetic sense and design skills are essential
• Creative, organized, self-motivated and committed
• Proactive and positive working attitude
• Strong presentation and good communication skills
• Conversant in both written and spoken English and Chinese
