Job Responsibilities
-Provide technical support to end users in a timely manner
-Collaborate with various departments to understand and address their IT needs
-Assists with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software
-Assists with inventory management and maintaining equipment records
Job Requirements
- Major in IT or CS
- Senior student can work full time bases at office preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Knowledge of common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office365, Microsoft onedrive , Microsoft TEAMS).
