Job Description:

• To provide day-to-day operational and administrative support.
• To independently handle enquiries from stakeholders of the portal.
• To render support for and liaison with departments for contents or services to be posted or rolled out on websites, such as e-Card platform, online survey platform.
• To design content, maintain and update by using the Web Content Management System, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other related software.
• To assist in coordinating and execution of promotion and publicity campaigns.
• To support the development of the portal and related initiatives, including without limitation customer research, design and specify new requirements, design and draft user flow and perform user acceptance test; and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related subjects
• At least 3 years experience in supporting web-based related project / service;
• Knowledge of website design and operation;
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills in written English;
• Experience in supporting promotion and publicity campaigns is an advantage; and
• Knowledge of User Experience Design is preferred.
