As Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll drive self-serve & outbound revenue growth by optimizing paid and owned channels, ensuring a seamless user journey from acquisition to conversion. You'll build out a high-performing team, develop data-driven strategies, and own budget allocation to maximize ROAS. 

Working closely with CRM & Product Marketing as well as Marketing Operations, you’ll refine audience targeting, improve creative performance, and enhance marketing automation through Braze. Your strategic mindset and leadership will be key in scaling our marketing efforts during this critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Develop and execute Statista’s global growth marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, lead generation and pipeline acceleration 

  • Grow and lead a global high-performing demand generation team, scaling efforts across digital paid marketing and CRM/Email campaigns. 

  • Own cross-functional alignment with Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing Operations to define and execute outbound and inbound lifecycle marketing programs 

  • Set clear objectives and KPIs, ensuring accountability and professional development within the team. 

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, promoting data-driven decision-making. 

  • Drive performance and efficiency by implementing best practices, automation, and streamlined processes 

  • Own multi-channel campaign execution (Paid Search, Social, Email) to drive Revenue and Lead Generation 

  • Partner with Content & Product teams to ensure compelling storytelling and value messaging across all touchpoints. 

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations to develop data-led attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. 

  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize revenue & pipeline impact.
