What you'll be doing
- Accurately input and reconcile financial data into accounting systems and databases
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers
- Support the team in basic accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking
- Perform general office duties and ensure compliance with company accounting policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and accounting efficiency
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Basic accounting knowledge, including familiarity with accounting principles and terminology
- Proficiency in accounting software and standard office tools, such as Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
