Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions on organizational policies.
Provide support and advice on employee relations and change management.
Handle grievance and disciplinary cases.
Implement performance management systems, including probationary and annual reviews.
Ensure continuous development and training of staff.
Manage remuneration and benefits to attract and retain high-performing teams.
Oversee relationships with external payroll providers.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and staff handbooks.
Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities globally.
Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related fields
At least 20 years of experience in HR management, must have NGO/ quasi-government sector experience.
Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.
Familiarity with HK labour laws and regulations.
Proficient in Cantonese and English
