Sales Manager - Digital Twin Solutions , MiMEP, ELV and ICT
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Asian market, targeting key industries and verticals.
Conduct market research and identify potential customers, including government agencies, infrastructure providers, and industrial companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, engineers, and technical experts.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline through effective communication and follow-up.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing the value proposition of our digital twin solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Travel within Asia to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the digital twin, MiMEP, ELV, or iCT industries.
Strong understanding of the digital twin market, including its applications, benefits, and challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Fluency in English and Mandarin are highly preferred.
