Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of Employees’ Compensation, Contractor’s All Risks and Motor Insurance Claims
• Ensure fast and fair settlement of claims from customers and the third party claimants with the pre-defined authority limit
• Deliver the highest level of consistent, quality claims services to customers and come across as knowledgeable, friendly and customer oriented
• Handle the claims hotline
• Claims document management including verification, indexing, reserving, payment and fillings etc
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with relevant professional qualification such as ANZIIF (Associate), ACII and related discipline preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in handling general insurance claims
• effective interpersonal and communication skills
• proactive and well-organized
• good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
