The Aladdin Wealth Tech (AWT) business maximizes the same analytics framework used by Institutional investors to equip wealth management clients with business & risk management, and portfolio construction & analytics capabilities. Aladdin Wealth Enterprise (AWE) team within the AWT business is partnering with wealth managers to enhance their value proposition to their end clients, create rigor and scale in their investment, distribution, wealth advisory process and grow their businesses in a differentiated way.

Senior Executives, Business Heads, Relationship Managers, Investment Counselors, Project Managers, Private Bankers, Retail Financial Advisors and Product Specialists at all levels of Wealth Management and Securities Firm organizations. The platform empowers our users to help their clients achieve investment and risk management goals by providing them with direct access to the best-in-class investment advisory technology, portfolio insights and cutting-edge risk modelling methods. We pride ourselves on delivering a differentiated service, not software.

In this role, you will:

Serve as a trusted senior advisor and consultant to our clients, aiming to identify, understand, and tackle business problems to drive wealth business transformation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client opportunity: Develop deep relationships with senior clients (engage at C-Suite level and decision makers) and drive top-down & bottoms-up client Engagement, Adoption of our tools/analytics across various level of users and help client organizations Commercialize the advisory practice (“EAC”)

  • Commercial opportunity: Generate meaningful new revenue through Aladdin Wealth. Lead and navigate both prospective and existing client engagements with decision makers and operate as the senior face for our Hong Kong and Greater China business. Conduct and drive efforts in response to market events and industry trends, and influence data analytics projects to enable portfolio construction capabilities at wealth management firms

  • Dedication to build :Operate as a senior platform leader within the 1Aladdin organization to develop the Wealth business in a focused manner.

  • Product influence: Provide commercial and strategic inputs to the wealth technology product and engineering leaders based on client feedback. Work closely with AWT leaders to ensure alignment between commercial vision, and overall platform technology strategy of Aladdin Wealth for the region.

  • Cross functional engagement: Be part of a dedicated client engagement and sales team that is directly focused on driving EAC and new business development across the market to gain commercial opportunities working closely with regional and global AWT leadership and subject-matter specialists. Coordinate and execute common business goals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Outstanding track-record with measurable impacts and tangible achievements in wealth management and/or wealth/investment management technology industries.

  • Proficient knowledge in wealth and retail securities distribution business and ability to articulate details in developing and growing a business within the industry.

  • 5+ years of experience in the Asian wealth management financial industry.

  • Validated experience within retail sales and financial advisory practice with proven track record of in delivering commercial outcomes for both individual investors and wealth/securities firm.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence throughout the organization, validated through good social skills. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to support clients in this region.
