    我們的客戶是半政府機構，現招聘全職茶水/辦公室助理。

    工作時間: 周一至周五 7:45-17:45 (包括1小時午膳)

    工作地點: 鰂魚涌

     

    職責:

     

    • 預備會議所需的茶水
    • 處理茶水間一般運作，例如清潔和物資補給
    • 外勤工作，如前往銀行、郵局等地區外出收發文件 (如有需要)
    • 一般辦公室工作， 如影印、掃描及釘裝文件
    • 協助處理臨時交辦工作

     

    要求:

    • 中三或以上學歷
    • 良好粵語，懂得讀寫中文
    • 具有相關經驗者優先考慮
    • 良好溝通技巧、勤奮、守時、有禮 及 具責任感 
    • 立即上班優先考慮
