Job Duties:

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to various funding schemes.
• Client Engagement: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide support during the funding application process.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project activities to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Data Analysis: Gathering and analyzing financial data to support decision-making and project goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, HR, and audit services, to deliver integrated solutions for our clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and some experience in face-to-face presentation.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with funding schemes and business consulting practices in Hong Kong is a plus.
