What you’ll be spending your time on (including but not limited to):

• Process and analyze payroll and related compensation in a timely and accurate manner, working with internal and external stakeholders, such as outsourced payroll vendors, covering Asia Pacific (APAC) region
• Support global equities team in relation to local filing and reporting needs across Asia Pacific
• Manage and resolve employee inquiries relating to payroll matters
• Establish procedures and policies for payroll and related compensation, collaborating with HR and Finance teams, across APAC and US head office
• Ideate and drive improvements by constantly challenging existing models, with the goal to positively transform payroll process and experience for employees
• Higher-experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Analyst position
  
  

For this role, you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years working experience as Accountant/Payroll/Finance Analyst (or similar)
• Prior working experience in payroll-related scope
• High level of written and spoken English. Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) also preferred
• Excellent computer and accounting software skills (especially Excel)
• Committed to deliver under strict monthly deadlines
• Detail-oriented, Analytical thinker and creative problem-solver
• Bringing excellent interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders of different levels and teams
• A proactive, service-oriented professional and a caring and an active team player, who is able to work independently
  
  

Not a Must But a Great Advantage

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) / Business Central ERP
• Experience in managing Asia Pacific region (or multiple regions)
• Experience in payroll and/or accounting
