How You Will Do It
Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation
Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
Handle project administration
Required
What we look for
Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
6 to10 years’ relevant experiences
Preferred
Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline
Willing to work on site in various locations
