What You Will Do

The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for BMS systems. You will be part of a growing service team of BMS driving maintenance of customer’s facilities.

How You Will Do It

• Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
• Handle project administration
  
  

Required

What we look for

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 6 to10 years’ relevant experiences
  
  

Preferred

• Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
• Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline
• Willing to work on site in various locations
