Job descriptions 工作職責:

• Assist Manager oversee daily operation, e.g rostering, reporting & quality control
• Handle all enquiries, feedback and complaints from customers and report all complain issues to ManagerManage stock level and responsible for regular stock take activityMonitor work safety & hygiene standard is met at shop & follow up all related issues when neededMaintain brand imageAt least 2 years experience in Sales or relevant industry, F&B is definitely an advantageGood command of Chinese, English with excellent communication skills, able to work with people at all level
• 負責協助經理店內日常營運, 如編制更表, 編制報告及品質監控

• 處理及解決所有顧客查詢﹐回饋及投訴；向上司匯報所有顧客投訴

• 管理貨存及負責定期盤點

• 監控店舖衛生及工作安全

• 維護品牌形象

• 最少兩年銷售或相關行業經驗；有飲食行業優先考慮
