About The Role

As a Finance Manager, you will take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and insightful reporting that supports strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for P&L management, variance analysis, and cost control, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance. Additionally, you will gain exposure to digital transformation projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in the FMCG sector
• 4+ years in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with P&L management, cost analysis, and business partnering within a commercial finance setting.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
