Join the Innovative BytePlus Team As the Technical Account Manager (TAM) at BytePlus, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our most valued enterprise customers, in various verticals such as e-commerce, media, gaming and education. You will work closely with clients during POC delivery and post-sales stages, in order to ensure they leverage the full potential of our cloud solutions, helping them achieve their business objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities 1. Proactive Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations. In addition, identify and recommend solutions to address customers' evolving needs and challenges. 2. Technical Guidance and Support - Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, best practices, and optimization strategies. Assist customers in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex cloud environments. Also conduct regular workshops and trainings, technical reviews and health checks to ensure optimal performance. 3. Project Management & Ownership - Collaborate with customers to plan and execute migration, deployment, and expansion projects. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Take ownership of the projects for on-time delivery. 4. Thought leadership - Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud and AI/ML technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the development of best practices, industry insight articles, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum years of proven experience in the role of Technical Account Manager or Cloud Solution Architect, with strong knowledge of cloud IaaS and PaaS products from one of the major cloud providers Preferred Qualifications - Product-wise, have deep understanding (preferably level 300 or above) in cloud products - Industry-wise, preferably have worked with DNBs, ISVs and SIs in verticals like E-commerce, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, Education, etc - Comfortable with fast-paced and ambiguous "startup" environment - Team player and able to foster positive team morale, to set goals and drive for successful fulfilment
