Shop Assistant is a starting position to know company operations and gain hands-on experience in logistics industry. You will be responsible for mainly assisting the long-term clients with their daily shipment orders, including handling parcels, arranging waybills and issuing invoices, and developing and securing potential clients by replying enquiry and giving quotaion, as well as basic shop operation like receiving mails and following up the utilities bills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- candidates with 1-2 years experience preferably in customer service.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive

- Good command of writing and spoken English

- Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.

- Immediate available will be an advantage
