Job Description:

1.Product Strategy and Roadmap Development

-Define and drive the product strategy for real-time data aggregation, algorithmic trading, and liquidity management systems.

-Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals.

-Data Aggregation and Integration

2.Lead the development and integration of real-time data pipelines from multiple exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, CME) and blockchains.

-Ensure accurate and efficient synchronization of trading data across platforms.

3.Liquidity Aggregation and Trading Optimization

-Oversee the design and enhancement of liquidity aggregation modules to deliver optimal pricing and minimize slippage.

-Develop cross-chain arbitrage and smart order routing strategies to improve execution quality.

4.Algorithmic Trading Strategy Enhancement

-Collaborate with quant developers to design and implement algorithmic trading strategies.

-Ensure low-latency execution and automate strategy adjustments based on market conditions.

5.Performance and Risk Monitoring

-Establish KPIs and monitoring systems to track product performance and market exposure.

-Work with risk teams to implement real-time risk management frameworks and optimize trade execution.

Requirement:

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or other related STEM fields from a well-recognized university ranked among the top 100 in STEM subjects by QS, Shanghai Ranking, Times Higher Education, or USNWR.

Relevant Work Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management or data-driven trading systems within the financial technology, trading, or blockchain industries.

Technical Skills:

-Strong knowledge of real-time data processing and data pipeline integration for financial markets.

-Experience with algorithmic trading, liquidity aggregation, and cross-chain trading.

-Familiarity with financial market infrastructure, including both centralized (CEX) and decentralized exchanges (DEX).

Professional Abilities and Achievements:

-Proven track record of leading and delivering successful data and trading products in high-frequency and real-time environments.

-Experience collaborating with engineering, quant, and risk teams to enhance product performance and execution efficiency.

-Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into product improvements.
