Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of IT application and technical projects to ensure they are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Perform scoping, sourcing, planning, organizing and implementation of IT projects
• Coordinate project team members, end users to develop schedules and individual responsibilities
• Maintain project timeframes, budget estimates, expenditures and progress reports
• Adopt project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Conduct risk and security assessments of new IT projects
• Provide 24/7 system support on a rotating basis, including Sundays and public holidays

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, of which, at least 3 years in project management and implementation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
