Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for sizable network infrastructure project
• To be the main point of contact for all technical related service issues of client projects assigned
• Provide pre-sales activities (RFP, tendering, presentations) and technical solution & costing formation
• Maintain good customer relations, define and maintain service level agreements
• Ensure IT requirements are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the client projects
• To effectively communicate project matters to all levels of stakeholders
• Engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters

Job Requirements:

• University degree or Higher diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Relevant working experience with managerial experience
• 15+ years of IT experience and 8 years or above in presales and consultant role
• Demonstrable leadership skills, project management skills,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Solution Architect
