Job duties:
- Perform normal receptionist duties such as answering telephones, greeting customers, managing appointments and providing excellent customer service.
- General clerical work, recording daily income and expenditure and keeping relevant invoices/documents.
- Collate customer feedback and comments, ensuring accurate record keeping and feedback management.
