Minisport is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, creativity, and a proven track record in managing a wide variety of marketing activities. This role is pivotal in shaping the Minisport brand, driving engagement, and achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns and activities to ensure optimal results.
- Creative Concept Development
- Formulate engaging and innovative concepts to connect with the Minisport database and attract new audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh and effective marketing ideas.
- Meta Ad Design
- Create effective and visually appealing advertisements for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Optimize ad performance to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
- Social Media Design
- Design creative assets for social media platforms to maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence.
- Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Videography and Photography
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, social media, and other purposes.
- Maintain a library of media assets for future use.
- Email Marketing (EDM)
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Segment audiences, track performance, and optimize campaigns for engagement.
- Blog Content Creation
- Write and publish engaging blog posts to showcase the Minisport brand, events, and initiatives.
- Optimize blog content for SEO to drive traffic and visibility.
- Graphic Design
- Design graphics for internal and external purposes, including digital and print materials for on- and offline circulation.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the Minisport brand identity.
- Social Media Management
- Post regularly on Minisport’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Monitor account activity, respond to comments, and grow the brand’s social media presence.
- Vendor and Partnership Management
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables and aligned brand goals.
11. Employee Advocacy and Internal Branding
- Coach Spotlight Campaigns: Highlight the expertise and personalities of Minisport coaches to build trust with parents.
- Team Culture Content: Share behind-the-scenes content showcasing the Minisport team, training, and community involvement.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the sports or lifestyle industry.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, ad creation tools, and account management.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Videography and photography skills, including editing software proficiency (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or equivalent email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Experience in SEO and digital marketing analytics.
- Knowledge of sports and fitness industries is a plus.
