We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced VP of Trading Risk Control.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the trading risk control team, creating and executing comprehensive risk management strategies.
• Design and refine risk monitoring systems for real-time oversight of transactions, effectively identifying and evaluating potential risks.
• Adjust operational processes and risk control strategies to align with market dynamics and company trading volume needs, ensuring that risks remain within acceptable thresholds.
• Partner with trading, product, and technology departments to strengthen the company’s risk management capabilities for new products and market expansions.
• Analyze trading data to generate risk reports, offering precise assessments and actionable prevention recommendations.
• Monitor and uphold the company's risk management compliance, working alongside the compliance and legal teams to adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
  
  

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trading risk control or related fields at a reputable international quantitative trading firm, including 3 years dedicated to risk management and strong data analysis skills.
• A background with a well-known international or Asian quantitative trading firm is preferred.
• A thorough understanding of the digital asset market and familiarity with trading risk control practices.
• Exceptional data analysis skills and a sharp awareness of market risks, enabling you to identify, assess, and respond effectively.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset, able to engage seamlessly within a multicultural team.
