We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to support their human resources functions. And you will be reporting to the HR Manager in the Hong Kong office.

In This Role, You Will

• Handle a full spectrum of People Operations functions, including compensation & benefits, onboarding/offboarding procedures, staff movement, employee engagement, and employee relations.
• Oversee and manage monthly payroll calculation, tax filing, retirement fund administration and leave administration.
• Handle routine maintenance on HRIS and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as requested.
  
  

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

• Degree holders in HR, business administration, or a related discipline are preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the Web3 industry.
• Well-versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Salary Tax Ordinance, and other related regulations.
• Familiarity with using HRIS or any related systems is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing employee engagement events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Proficiency in advanced usage of Microsoft Office.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
