1. **Fund Operations**

- Participate in the operational management of funds, focusing on risk control, information disclosure, and compliance.

- Collect, organize, and analyze fund-related data to support investment decision-making.

- Assist in preparing fund operation reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

2. **Corporate Financial Management**

- Oversee daily financial operations, including expense reimbursement, account reconciliation, financial record-keeping, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

- Ensure compliance and efficiency in financial processes, and assist in optimizing internal financial systems.

3. **Project Risk Control (Financial Perspective)**

- Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessment for investment projects.

- Monitor the financial performance of projects, identify potential risks, and provide improvement recommendations.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a solid financial background.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management or fund operations, with prior experience in fund management and risk control processes preferred.

3. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to prepare financial reports and communicate effectively in English.

4. Strong data analysis skills and risk awareness, with proficiency in financial tools such as Excel.
