Based in Shenzhen with operations in Hong Kong, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Engineer to strengthen our technical capabilities and drive innovation in our automation systems.

The Role

As our Senior Engineer specializing in robotics and AI, you will play a crucial technical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our automation systems. You'll be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing advanced algorithms and controls that power our next-generation AGVs and automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop advanced control systems and algorithms for robotics applications

- Implement computer vision, sensor fusion, and machine learning solutions for our AGV/AMR platforms

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products

- Contribute to technical documentation and engineering standards

- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across teams

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our product capabilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics, automation systems, or AI applications

- Strong technical background in one or more key areas: computer vision, SLAM, reinforcement learning, control systems, or sensor fusion

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar

- Experience with robotics frameworks (ROS, etc.) and relevant AI/ML libraries

- Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions in industrial or commercial products

- Experience with AGVs, autonomous vehicles, or industrial automation systems preferred

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and system reliability

- Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments

- Masters or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields preferred
