Duties related to office administration including but not limited to the purchase of office supplies, general repairs & maintenance.
Monitoring shipping arrival to Hong Kong and coordinate with relevant internal parties to ensure smooth logistics process
Providing administration support to the business teams
Any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by Department Head
Requirement
3+ years of receptionist and corporate office administration experience
Tertiary education ideally degree holder in a business- related subject
Good written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin & English
