We are a fast-growing leader in the banking, fintech, and Web3 payment sectors, seeking a Legal Manager/Director to provide strategic legal support across multiple jurisdictions.

This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with 5+ years of experience in corporate, regulatory, and commercial law , particularly within financial services or technology-driven industries . As an expert individual contributor , you will report directly to the senior management team , playing a key role in navigating complex legal landscapes and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Globally.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with financial and technology-related regulations.
• Advise on risk management, dispute resolution, and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with business teams on licensing, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor legal developments impacting fintech, banking, and tech industries.

Requirements

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification .
• 5+ years of experience in legal roles within banking, financial services, fintech, or tech sectors .
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks , financial compliance, and contract law.
• Ability to navigate complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
