We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our GPS portal and CCTV systems specifically designed for fleet management. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology sales and a proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as construction, cleaning services and logistics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: Identify and target potential clients within the fleet management sector. Develop strategies to reach out to construction companies, cleaning services, and other relevant industries. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of GPS and CCTV products to prospective clients, showcasing their benefits and features tailored to specific fleet management needs.
SALES STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns that align with company goals.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
MARKET RESEARCH: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
INDUSTRY NETWORKING: Attend industry conference, trade shows and networking events to promote the company and stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
SALES REPORTING: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Address any issues or inquiries promptly.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technology or fleet management.
Strong technical aptitude, especially with GPS and CCTV systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel is preferred.
