Manager, Premium Financing Specialist – Personal Banking Division
Responsibilities:
Work closely with branch sales management and sales staff on their wealth business planning to achieve business goals
Conduct pre-case study and engage in joint servicing / sales calls proactively with sales staff to serve the financial needs of customers
Keep abreast of market changes and provide timely market and product update to both sales staff and customer
Oversee the premium financing application process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate with credit approval departments, loan operation departments, and insurance companies to expedite application processing
Follow up with customers and frontline staff to provide updates on the application status
Provide technical and skill coaching to sales staff within designated area/branch to uplift the professionalism and selling skills of sales staff
Work in collaboration with QA Team and Area Managers to support and contribute to sales & service quality improvement
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of insurance or loan sales experience
Solid knowledge in insurance and loan products as well as familiar to loan product regulatory requirement
Process recognized insurance qualification of IIQE Papers 1 & 3
Strong business acumen, detail-oriented and possessing strong analytical skills
Good team-player and able to work independently with effective coaching and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills with knowledge in using various presentation tools (apart from PowerPoint)
