Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Smart Site Safety System (SSSS), Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS), Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Smart Construction Site systems and other Digitalization systems in construction sites
• Implementation of a range of IoT devices, including sensors, RFID hardware, embedded controllers, and data transmission modules.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding contract implementation and operational details.
• Oversee project delivery and team performance to ensure effective execution.
• Identify and resolve potential implementation and operational issues
• Identify opportunities for deploying digital solutions and prepare proposal
• Participate in demonstrations, trial runs, and commissioning with clients.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in civil or building projects, or other digital implementation projects (Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Digital Engineer or Assistant Digital Engineer)
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Enthusiasm for high-tech and construction industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Experience in BIM or IT project implementation is an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective individual contributor with a strong team collaboration ability.
