Provide after-sales services to clients, including answering client enquiries and handling claims
Arrange proper insurance coverage for client needs, preparing and comparing quotations
Communicate and coordinate with clients and insurers for policy issuances, endorsements and other documents
Provide administrative support, such as policy checking, prepare invoices and renewal notices, filling etc.
Follow with clients for premium payments
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Post-secondary education level or above
Passed IIQE Paper I & II is a must
3 years solid experience in general insurance, preferable experience in broker firm
Good knowledge on general insurance products, particularly construction related insurance
Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Executive
