Job Summary
We’re looking for a passionate marketer to bring to life marketing initiatives that will power exponential business growth at Mox, a virtual bank in Hong Kong backed by Standard Chartered in partnership with PCCW, HKT and Trip.com. With more than 550,000 customers since our launch in September 2020, you can be part of a team set to reimagine banking, with the goal of becoming the global benchmark in digital banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for marketing initiatives that will drive growth for our card and loan products, working in close collaboration with the Product Teams to plan and execute campaigns to meet business goals.
- Help shape and deliver the overall marketing experience, from the advertising to data driven automated communications, or even creating new in-app engagements to offer customers a better and simpler banking experience.
- Be both left and right minded – analytical making data driven decisions, complemented with the human touch to empathise and touch our customer’s hearts.
- Take a hands-on approach, whether executing marketing materials through fulfilment of rewards, taking cross-team leadership when appropriate to ensure thorough, end-to-end implementation of campaigns and projects.
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, meet expected standards, and compliant to all applicable regulation and governance processes.
- Supervise and nurture direct report(s) to develop talent and our knowledge base as Mox products and what we do is unique from market.
- Actively monitor campaign performance, provide regular reports, and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Track and manage assigned budgets.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and translate those opportunities into potential marketing activities.
Skills And Experience
- University graduate with 12+ years of consumer marketing experience in Hong Kong.
- Experience in banking or financial services will be beneficial, with preference for exposure in credit card and/or loan marketing.
- Strong track record in digital marketing, preferably demonstrable knowledge marketing journey design and performance marketing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be a plus.
- Attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, with a flexible mindset able to work under a both a fluid plus fast-paced business and market environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications in both Chinese and English.
