The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the business front. The successful candidate will lead client engagement, acquisition, and provide tailored business strategies and consultation for the clients' digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and innovation in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead client engagement efforts, fostering strong relationships with C-suite executives and business decision-makers.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the company's market presence.
  • Provide strategic consultation to clients, aligning our solutions with their business transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to create compelling proposals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and resources to support business development efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


The Person:

  • 10+ years of proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the digital consulting or technology industry.
  • Extensive experience engaging with and presenting to C-suite executives and business decision-makers.
  • Well-networked and resourceful, with the ability to leverage industry connections for business development.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working in a small team environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global teams.
