About our client:

Are you ready to take charge of innovative digital projects and lead a dynamic team? We are working with a top-tier financial institution in Hong Kong to find an experienced Technical Development Lead to join their digital transformation team on a 1 year project.

The Role:

• Be a pivotal member of the development team, collaborating closely with Business Analysts to design robust solutions and functional systems.
• Lead and mentor a development team in frontend web and backend API development, overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions through meticulous code reviews, performance analysis, and quality control processes.
• Prepare technical specifications, testing plans, and guide the team in debugging and optimizing software performance.
• Drive the development of low-code platform applications, including workflow creation, reporting, and configuration management.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

The Person:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT development with demonstrated expertise in OutSystems, supported by relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in .Net and RESTful API development. Familiarity with UIPath, IIS, and MSSQL is advantageous.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and strong proficiency in web technologies.
• Experience managing low-code platforms, ensuring stability, and executing architectural enhancements as required.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to stay updated on emerging technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Cantonese a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, paired with self-motivation and innovation.
