We are searching for high-calibre Project Management Assistants / Management Officers to work in a back-office IT project team in a Major Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for IT Project team on regular reporting, take minutes and process invoices, etc.
• Handle staff attendance administration and data entry.
• Communicate with end user.
• Prepare presentation materials and executive reports.

Requirements:

• Hgher Diploma or above graduate in any discipline.
• Have Basic computer knowledage, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communications skills in English and Chinese.
• Willing to learn and Detail-oriented.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
