• Form 5 or Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/ICSA/Law
• Min 2 to 10 yrs experience in either one of below:
• Receptionist / Clerk, F.5+, 1-3 yrs Receptionist/Clerical experience, Acceptable English & Mandarin
or
• Part-Time Clerk, F.5+, 1-3 yrs, Clerical exp, Typing, Filing, Data Entry, Acceptable English & Mandarin (2:00pm to 6:00pm)(5 Days/Week).
or
• Junior Secretary / Secretary / Executive Secretary / Personal Asst to Chairman, Dip/Deg, 2-10 yrs exp. in Secretarial Duties / Office Administration / Meeting & Itinerary Arrangement / Personal Assistance / Business Correspondence, Preferably in Garment / Trading / Manufacturing / Property Investment / Retail / Engineering Fields. Good English and Mandarin, Japanese or Germany speaking preferred but not essential.

• Human Resources Assistant / Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Manager with experience gained from Garment / Electronic / Manufacturing / Trading / Buying Office / Retail / Customer Service Centre / Telecom / Logistics / C&B / Talent Acquisition Fields with good knowledge of HK Labour Laws / HRIS System & PRC Labour Laws preferred but not essential for HK Office / PRC Manufactory Plant / Offshore Manufactory Plant.

• Administrative Assistant / Administration Officer / Administration Manager for HK Office / PRC Manufactory Plant / Telecom Service Centre Prefer with experience in Office Admin / Office Equipment Procurement / Office Renovation / Security Guard / Mailing System / Inventory / Logistic Arrangement.
