Our client is a MNC logistics company and they are looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:
Responsibilities:
- Business development with current and potential customers
- Act as a business planner to plan and execute different tasks
- Recruit qualified candidates to expand the sales team
- Regular meetings with sales team to evaluate their performance and potential and to find out the difficulties they encounter
- Assist sales team in creating solution and pricing strategy and ensure desired results are achieved
Experience:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- 5 years of experience in a freight forwarding sales position
- Aggressive, self-driven & result-oriented with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure
- Good communication skill, presentation skill and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage)
