Job duties

• Provision of support for the law-relation organization in the legal hub including building management matters and use of communal facilities
• Provision of support for office accommodation matters, e.g. preparing and drafting documents/plans, providing logistical support, liaising with users and contractors, inputting data, handling enquires, word processing
• Provision of executive and logistics support for arrangement of guided visits and event management in the legal hub. Outdoor work and work in different premises may be required
• Provision of support in relation to general administration matters, e.g. conducting procurement exercises, implementation of the Electronic Recordkeeping system
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• With Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE/HKDSEE, or equivalent

• With working experience in Government Department is an advantage

• Good PC skills (i.e MS OFFICE and Chinese word processing)

• Good communications and presentation skills

• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
