JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP of Business Compliance in Wholesale Banking Group (WBG), the job holder will play a crucial role in providing transversal support to all functions of BMU, in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of WBG. The Business Compliance Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end processes of customer due diligence reviews including conducting KYC and AML risk assessments and extending support to the implementation of strategic plan for WBG.
The job holder will also actively engage in projects that drive process improvements and risk management to protect and advance WBG’s interests while ensuring alignment with internal regulatory policies and guidelines. This position requires a strong understanding of corporate banking products and services, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering results in a dynamic banking environment.
