Working with a team of analytics professionals responsible for driving product analytics to drive business and customer outcomes in DBS Hong Kong Consumer Banking Group, you will initiate, design, develop and implement data-driven solutions to deliver meaningful, relevant and intuitive customer experiences across products, segments and channels.We are looking for candidates who are passionate about connecting dots between analytics and business needs, interested in exploring ideas and experiments, and love to deliver actionable solutions to make impacts to customers with joyful banking experience.If you are excited to work with rich data, love to think outside-the-box in a fast-paced environment and create impactful solutions for better customer experience and grow businesses, this is the position for you. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the incentive framework and recognition program to ensure it effectively drives desired business outcomes and meets regional and regulatory requirements.

- Lead the team in implementing incentive plans, computing incentive payouts, and managing the daily routine of sales incentives.

- Conduct sophisticated business analytics and provide insightful advisory to facilitate business decision-making.

- Visualize and transform data into insights to facilitate effective sales management.

- Formulate and track budgets to ensure incentive expenses are being effectively used and monitored.

- Drive process streamlining and platform enhancements for sales and incentive management.

- Supervise junior technical staff in data extraction and dashboard creation to visualize sales tracking results.

- Collaborate with performance cell leads and squad leads to maximize the analytical and data impact on business outcomes.

Requirements:

- Over 8 years of business analytics/data engineering/sales incentive experience in a sizeable bank/financial institutions.

- Strong business sense and knowledge in performance management of the industry.

- Proficient in database programming and data integration (eg Python, PySpark, SQL, etc.) to manipulate large volumes of data.

- Experience with visualization tools such as QlikSense

- Excellent communication skills and networking skills with key stakeholders from senior management and working levels.

- Ability to manage and supervise junior technical staff effectively.

- Proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to take up challenges.
