About the Role

The Guest Service Officer is responsible for the operations of the sections appointed in the F&B division. He / she will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed
• Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations
• Adhere to Forbes standards in daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' F&B experience in a high end and chic restaurant
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent command of English
