General Support Jobs (Helpdesk)
Help desk support – trouble shooting and resolution to application problem.
Frontline diagnostic of problem
Recommendation on improving performance on the PC & network.
Reinstallation of software system when necessary or for new installation of PC hardware / software / services.
Maintaining an updated problem and log change for each network at each user site
Periodic virus-checking service.
PC Workstation Relocation Services & PC Support
PC / Notebook / Monitor installation and configuration
Hardware and software technical support, inventory, documentation
OS/Software Support Jobs (NT & general OA software)
Software re-installation or re-configuration.
Handle general software problems.
Data or programs backup (if applicable)
Requirements:
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
At least 2 years experiences, have good attitude and willing to learn
Engineer must be smart, have good presentable skill.
