工作職責：
- 建立部門各項規章制度
- 組建財富管理投顧服務團隊
- 熟悉港股、美股、公募基金、私募基金、債券及結構化產品
- 服務公司已有及共同開發未來的高淨值客戶，就公司已上架基金、債券及結構化產品等財富管理產品向高淨值客戶進行推廣和銷售
- 針對高淨值客戶需求對個股、行業、市場大勢做分析和研究報告提煉，就市場現狀提出投資觀點和建議
- 負責公司資訊類投研產品的訂閱和推廣（如需生產資訊類投顧產品）
任職要求：
- 全日制本科及以上學歷，金融相關專業優先
- 具備8年以上證券行業相關工作經驗
- 有1號、4號證券牌，及財富管理產品分析和銷售經驗。
- 熟悉港股、美股、債券、基金及結構化產品，熟悉通用證券投資分析方法
- 對證券市場有比較深刻的理解和研究、有較好的公眾演講能力、客戶服務意識強
- 良好溝通能力、團隊合作意識和誠實守信品德
